Waliku began supporting two projects in Liberia—the Liberia Empowerment through Attendance, Reading, and Nutrition (LEARN) project which are implementing Catch-Up Clubs on a small scale. Following a period of consultation on the implementation strategy, Waliku has drafted data capture tools and dashboard designs for the projects to review and use in Q1 of 2025.
Our Objective:

Our Objective:
- Provide digital tools for enrolling, tracking, and monitoring learner attendance and reading outcomes
- Deliver training tools and resources on how to use our digital tools for the project team
- Provide continuous implementation support, including customizations based on feedback
- Set up a monitoring portal integrated with the project’s MEAL plan and performance tracker
